- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items that are custom-made, intimate (e.g., hijabs, headscarves, undercaps), or on sale are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons and product nature.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hijubble.co.uk with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
3. Store Credit Instead of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase.
- The credit will be sent to you via email as a discount code to use on your next purchase.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any available item on our website.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. If the claim is valid:
- We will offer a replacement or store credit.
- In such cases, we may cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer credit for:
- Items marked as final sale or discounted.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as headscarves, hijabs, undercaps, or other intimate apparel.
